Does anyone have any Pagan music that they would like to share? To get us started, some of my favorites are Music For The Goddess and Inkubbus Sukkubus. Although I would like to argue that Within Temptation and Blackmore's Night should be considered "Pagan" since they both have a lot of work involving Pagan-related causes. Plus, Renaissance music just rules.

Oh! I also forgot to include SJ Tucker, who is actually a Pagan. I met her once at a party and I instantly fell in love with her music.

I once saw Within Temptation a few years ago in Chicago at the House of Blues. It was so awesome! I'll never forget that night.

Nope! Their first was back in 2007. I know it's on the T-shirt I bought at the concert. It was sometime around October/November.

Since you both love Within Temptation, I highly recommend you both look up Inkubbus Sukkubus on YouTube. In fact, here's a link to one of their best songs: www.youtube.com/watch?v=B2D6C2IC1U0

I think a really interesting artist is Jenna Greene, aka Greene Lady: www.greeneladymusic.com/ You click on listen and download, then click on the lyrics to a particular song, then hit the play button. A particular fave of mine is "Lady Moon"

Oooh, awesome! I love this thread! OK, my all time favorite is Lunacy, which had only been available in cassette and out of print at that, but Sparky T. Rabbit just recently released one of the albums in CD and the other will be out any day now! lunacymusic.blogspot.com/ to find out how to get yours. Best of all, this is LOCAL! Sparky is a local pagan. My other favs include Kellianna (found her on itunes and I love singing with her), Emerald Rose (also can download from itunes). Spiral Rhythm and a few others. I love pagan chants that I can sing with. I hadn't heard of Within Temptation so I'm going to look them up. The author of the blog The Wild Hunt just started reviewing pagan/pagan-friendly music on mondays, I'm hoping to find some new stuff to listen to there. www.patheos.com/blogs/wildhunt/

Florence & the Machine isn't technically a Pagan band, but something about their album Lungs speaks to me as very pagan. Especially "The Dog Days Are Over" and "Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up).

This is a fun thread! I just found a bunch of really good music. I'm pretty out there in my musical tastes... But I've never heard Pagan music until now!
