Bright blessings, everyone. I hope you all had a better Imbolc than I did. Unfortunately, my great aunt passed away and our Imbolc was spent at the wake and funeral. Now that things are starting to settle back down, though, I would like to get meetings back up and going- even if they're just informal get-togethers. At this time, my husband and I have Sundays and Mondays available. If you would all like to have them at the Bettendorf library again, I can see how late they're open on Mondays and get us a room there. However, I would need a little help covering the cost of a room every meeting. Depending on how many people show up, it would be between 50 cents and $1 per person to cover the $5 charge. We can also try that new book store that opened up where Borders used to be (BAM! or whatever), but there's no telling if we'd get tables or what the noise level would be. So, everyone, please let me know your thoughts and suggestions. I would also like to get meditation and beginning magick workshops started this spring. Ostara is right around the corner!

the book store would be nice, and they may still have a coffee place there. Also it helps with the greater variaty or books to look stuff up.

Sadly since it is out of my area I don't believe I will be able to attend any of the future meetings this year seems as if it will be the busiest for me. However I would still love to learn and as of now I am in search of the best books and tools needed to fully start learning what way is right for me.

I could probably come on a sunday. There's only one sunday so far that I'm booked for. I have a new work schedule, and if I get to keep it, I won't be working sundays.

Since there are only a few of us really active right now, perhaps we can plan a casual meeting for Sunday, March 4th? I'm thinking we can meet up at Bam! around 3. Would that work for everyone?

Lovely! Pagan groups outside of the Quad Cities hold Pagan coffee socials once a week and I'm thinking that might be a great way to get people back together. We can start off every other week and if people like the way it's set up, we can do it more often. What's everyone's thoughts?

I should also be able to make it. The only day that I am really busy is Friday, so Sunday should work out great.
So this Sunday( March 4) at 3pm at BAM?

Yep, that's right. If it's too crowded, we can decide where to go from there.
