Hello, my name is Corey and i am new to the QC area.... i have no friends here nor do i even know where to look so i decided to come online and behold what do i find but a hopefully wonderful place of both learning and friendship
i am an otherkin... i dont really know how to introduce myself other than just being here and possibly conversing... i am newish to being wiccan/pagan still unsure of my true path.... i have studied a little for about 8 years now.... i know how to read some tarot but have just began learning it..... if you would truly like to know something about me than just ask... more often then not you will get a response... ^_^

Hello everyone. My name is Gini, and I do believe I'm quite awkward at this introduction thing. I'm pretty new to, well, everything. I'm very curious though, and I'd very much like to learn as much as I can. What I've read about Wicca and the like really rings with me, so I figure I might as well try and talk to people who have similar beliefs, especially those in the QC. I'm nervous, but might as well step outside the comfort zone at some point!  |

Hi, Gini. Don't be nervous here. We're all like family around here and everyone is open (even if we don't always agree with each other's beliefs). This group is about learning from one another and asking questions. If you need any help with anything, please feel free to come to me or one of the other members. Is there anything in particular that you would like to learn about? You said that you've been looking into Wicca.

As I said to Gini just a moment ago, you have no reason to feel nervous here. This is not a coven, but merely a study group. If there's any path that you're interested in learning more about but is not listed, please let me know and I'll find some way to add it. We have wonderful topics started on divination, by the way. Like you, I'm am also an Otherkin. Do you know what kind you are? I would love to get some discussions going in the "Otherkin" part of the forum but it seems before now I was the only one into it. As for making friends here in the QC, I'm always up to making new friends ;D  Make yourself at home! |

As for specifics? Well, is it unreasonably bookish to say I'd like to learn about a lot of things? Haha. I have indeed read mostly about Wicca, because it's what I've had the most exposure to. I think... A very long read in the forums is in order, and I'm sure you'll all see lot's of questions.
