I just wondering what you all think on this.....
Do you think that you need consent from a person when doing a blessing, magical work, or healing?
Do you think a person has a right to know that you are doing something to them or for them spiritually?

Hmm... well, I always try to get a person's consent when doing any sort of energy or magickal work for a person. Not that long ago, I did Reiki for a sick little girl at the request of the mother's friend. Even though I could have done distance Reiki without consent from anybody, I just felt that it would be more beneficial to everyone involved if I were to receive consent first and do it there at their home. My views on this have nothing to do with karma or anything like that, but I do feel that if a person isn't open to accepting something like that, they're more likely to spiritually block it if they don't have the knowledge that it's something meant with good intentions.
