And yes I no Amber no the answer, so please let somebody else answer the question ?

I would guess it would depend on the spell but considering how most are set up I would have to say it is not against the rede unles you are using a spell for a direct person because that would be manipulating their freewill.
But if your just using the spell to bring A LOVE to you and not a specific person then I would have to say it doesn't, because it's like your sending out the call and they just happen to hear the call. (if that makes any sense.)

I would say that I agree with Lorifiya. Any spell you do you do with the intent of it being open to the universe or god/goddesses to decide whom receives it. But should it be harmful to anyone it would be breaking the Rede. However, you have no control over whom will receive the spell and answer it. Such as, a love spell given to be open to anyone. The person whom it reaches may be married, in a relationship, or be close to a connection but moves in your direction instead. This could hurt those people directly involved in their lives. But is NOT a break in the vow of the Rede cause the intent wasn't there for bad, or even driven for that person. Just the way things go sometimes. I hope the made sence and not a bunch of babble.
Also as funny as this may sound when doing any spells clearing your mind and maybe having a guide of what you are wanting or looking for ready with you just incase. Thoughts have a large impact on the world around you. So say the love spell you perform right after getting off the phone with a distressed or nondistressed friend and your thinking subconciously or un.. about them the spell may go as directed to them because your energy is already going toward them. Guides work to keep you on track.
This is just my opinion I actually haven't ever done any spells not that far into anything but I do use the Power of the Secret which in a way is a spell. Ask Believe Receive

my simplest answer is to avoid the whole worry of ethics by not casting spells on people unless they specifically request it.
So when it came to casting a love spell (with me as the beneficiary), I cast it on myself. Lots of ways you can go with that: make yourself attractive to the lover that is meant for you, open your eyes to the lover that is meant for you so that you don't miss meeting them, change or remove the obstacles that prevent you from finding your lover. Etc etc.

Here is a quikie for a quikie.
Ingredients: Get one full sheet of paper. One red inked pen.
Write your lovers name on the top of the paper and your name on the bottom and on the side draw three red hearts. Burn the paper completely and you are done.

That goes against everything we've been saying here!

On the side meaning on the right hand side of the paper draw the hearts.
Example:
The part below the line is the sheet of paper ----------------------------------------------------------- Your lovers name Heart Heart Heart
Your Name

That goes against the rede, you cannot take away someones free will to fall in love with you.
