Hi, everyone. If any of you might be interested in helping me out, I need some people to respond to a couple questions for my class discussion that is due tonight. I'm taking an herbal supplement course at Kaplan University and our discussion question for today requires us to survey 3-5 people.
1. Have you ever taken a nutritional supplement or vitamin? 2. If so, what was/is it for and how often did/do you take it?
Please be as thorough as possible. If you don't wish to leave it as a comment here, feel free to send me a message. Thanks, everybody!

Really? I have a friend who has flare ups every so often. I wonder if it might work for her too.

1. yes. 2. taken several things off and on through the years but I always come back to a good quality fish oil! for the Omega 3s. I started taking it because my chiro told me it would help with memory issues I had (aspartame killed brain cells and I had memory issues from it!). Well it did improve memory, concentration, as well as improved energy, improvements in skin. When I got pregnant, I switched to a flax oil instead (fish oils are high in a certain vit. A that is not good for fetus). But now I take a combo fish/flax oil capsule that provides a broader spectrum of the beneficial omegas.
